My husband and I have shopped at the Foot Lodge 2 times in the past and on our 3rd trip we were taken care of by a young man named Sal. Sal went out of his way to help my husband find two pairs of work shoes and inserts. Sal was extremely professional and even though we had him running back and forth finding different sizes he remained very patient. We would definitely recommend this store .

AMAZING STORE! I went in with an A.F.O. the Lady named Katie greeted me and knew exactly what would work. The owner Sandy as well helped me try the shoe on 1st pair worked amazingly. I have never been to such a personable store as this! The customer service and knowledge. Thank you so much for the help today and back to walking once more!!

I suffered a spinal cord injury just over two years ago. Sandy always takes as much time as needed to make sure I have the best shoes for my issues. Walking in this store in the best thing I have done for my recovery. I tell everyone I know that they must go here for shoes.

Excellent customer service!! Yay!!!! It all started with a phone call. I gave the 1st review before I visited the store. Katie is awesome sauce, I highly believe my feet issues are resolved!! Sometimes we need special care, they give you just that and more. I am worth the price of quality products that help the cause, my working hard feet. Sandy the owner is simply phenomenal!! She knows feet!! I’ve had a back & hip surgery and she took the time to understand my needs! You will not get the customer service she provides anywhere around!! Why would you go anywhere else? My body is balanced & feels wonderful after I leave with a pair of her shoes! Her shoes are high quality and they last! So blessed to know her & her compassion to help others! God bless you my friend for many years to come!!

Sandy and her staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the type of shoes my friend needed after ankle fusion surgery. They were able to fit him with shoes and now the Foot Lodge is the only place we'll buy shoes!
